Step 1

Rinse the soybeans and then pour the bag of soybeans into a bowl and run the beans under cool running water. Make sure that you use your hand to mix the soybeans so that all the beans will get washed.

Then you soak the soybeans overnight. After rinsing the beans place them in a large bowl and then pour the cool water to cover the beans. Pour about 4 cups of water. 

Then you will leave the soybeans to soak overnight for at least 12 hours. By soaking the soybeans, it will make them very soft and easier for you to blend and make them into milk.

Check the beans: After soaking the beans for 12 hours, the soybeans will be softer and it will be twice the original size.  Make sure that you use the knife to cut the soybean.
